Laidlaw Foundation

an interdisciplinary, site-specific performance work created and performed by Bluemouth Inc.

Caira Adams, Jeff Douglas, David Duclos, Chris Dupuis, Stephen O'Connell, Sabrina Reeves, Kevin Rees-Cummnings, Lucy Simic, Robert Tremblay, Richard Windeyer

Situated in the desolate and neglected conditions of an abandonned space in downtown Toronto, this performance work integrates voice, physical movement & gesture, electroacoustic sound & music with live video projections and lighting.

As a performative work, THE MEMORY OF BOMBS is driven by a desire to understand how the emotional land mines burried in childhood can create a set of psychologically explosive conditions which stunt the emotional growth of our society.
